1. Refund Eligibility
AdLuno offers refunds within 14 days of purchase only under the following circumstances:
✔ The product was not delivered.
✔ A technical issue prevents access, and the AdLuno support team is unable to resolve it.
✔ You were charged incorrectly by AdLuno.
2. Requesting a Refund
If you meet the above refund criteria, please contact AdLuno within 14 days of your purchase at support@adluno.com. Kindly include your order details and any relevant proof of the issue.
Once your refund is approved by AdLuno, the amount will be credited to your original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items
❌ Due to the digital nature of our products, AdLuno does not offer refunds for:
Change of mind after purchase
Products already downloaded or accessed
Misuse or incorrect implementation of AdLuno templates or resources
AdLuno reserves the right to deny any refund requests that do not meet the conditions mentioned above.
